Simple and Transparent: Our EU Shipping Costs

To give you peace of mind while shopping, we offer a fair flat-rate shipping fee of €29.99 for all deliveries within the EU. Feel free to fill up your shopping cart – the shipping costs remain fixed.

Deliveries Outside Spain / the EU

Please note that for orders with a delivery address outside the Canary Islands or outside the EU, additional costs may apply depending on the destination country.

• Import VAT & Customs: As the buyer, you are responsible for proper customs clearance. The import VAT of the respective destination country and any customs duties are not included in our purchase price and must be paid by you to the shipping service provider or customs authority upon receipt of the goods.

• Canary Islands (Special Note): Since we ship from La Palma (Canary Islands), shipments to the Spanish mainland or other EU countries are often subject to the regulations for third-country imports.

We ask for your understanding that we cannot calculate or influence these local taxes and fees in advance.
